John 14:6. Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life…” Many Christians treat this passage as if it were multiple choice…Is Jesus  “A” The way, “B” The truth, or “C” The life?  We tend to choose the one we feel most comfortable with.  A (Jesus is the way) appeals to those who have a passion for winning people to Christ, sparing them the awful consequences of unbelief. B (Jesus is the truth) is the favorite of intellectuals. Jesus is the truth, spoke the truth, and sent the Holy Spirit to lead us into truth. Those inclined to choose C (Jesus is the life) are those who have had their own lives radically changed by their relationship with Christ.  They would be quick to point out the experiential nature of the Christian life. There is a potential danger in focusing upon any one of these therefore the right choice is D All of the above.
