11-22-15. Philippians 2:12-15. There are certain “workouts” recommended by the American Heart Association for a healthy heart. The apostle Paul, gives us five exercises that will insure a spiritually and emotionally “happy-healthy” heart. The first exercise has to do with fear. Fear is one of the primary reasons we lose our happiness.  You cannot be afraid and be happy at the same time. One of our biggest fears is the fear of being alone. So the first exercise you need to do every morning is to get up and say, “God, I thank you that you’re going to be with me, in me, and for me today.” The another cause of an unhappy heart is fretting and fighting over the small stuff.  The second exercise Paul gives us to include in our daily “workout” is to be grateful and never grumble.
