11-29-15. Philippians 2:16-18. There are certain “workouts” recommended by the American Heart Association for a healthy heart. The apostle Paul, gives us five exercises that will insure a spiritually and emotionally “happy-healthy” heart. In this previous sermon Pastor Barry shared the first two: One; remember that God is with me, in me, and for me. Two; be grateful and never grumble. In this sermon we’ll consider the other three exercises: Three; Keep your conscience clear. Four; Memorize God’s Word and live it. Five; Serve God by serving others.
