II Kings 23:4-16. The ancient nation of Israel, had fallen so far from God’s will and purposes that God allowed them to be defeated and carried off into captivity. Judah, is following in their footsteps, but their King calls them to repent after pointing out just how far they had fallen away from God. In today’s sermon Pastor Barry points out the similarities between Judah and America and warns of the consequences. There were individuals who heeded Josiah’s message and turned back to God. They rededicated their lives to God and God made them a promise.
