Joel 2:12-18. When God’s people in the Old Testament fall away from the Lord He sends His prophets to call them to repentance.  There’s a refrain that is repeated over and over again – “Return to Me, Return to the Lord, Let us return, They will return.”  Though we break our promises to God, He offers forgiveness and the opportunity to return to Him if we will repent.
