Dr. Ro has a B.A. in Bible, from Columbia International University; a B.A. in History from Wheaton College; a M.Div. from Covenant Theological Seminary; and a S.T.M. & Th.D. from Concordia Lutheran Seminary; Dr. Ro and his wife Alma have served with Overseas Missionary Fellowship (OMF) for 30 years: Singapore (1970-74), Taiwan (1975-89); Korea (1990-2000). Since 2000 Dr. Ro has taught at Hawaii Theological Seminary (formerly known as International College and Graduate School) and Pacific Rim Christian College. He has served as the President of the Bible Institute of Hawaii (BIH) and adjunct faculty since 2009.
