Pastor Barry accepted Christ as personal Lord and Savior and was baptized at the age of nine.  He felt called into the ministry and was licensed to preach at the age of fifteen, and was ordained at the age of nineteen. Tomoko Kimura began her duties here at FBCH in September 2021.

Tomoko was born in Osaka, Japan. Prior to moving to Honolulu in 2005  she lived for a brief time in Seattle, Washington.  She and her husband and two daughters live in Hawaii Kai.  [MORE ABOUT TOMOKO]

Dedy has worked part-time at FBCH for nearly 9 years. He was born in Jakarta, Indonesian. Dedy has lived in Hawaii for 36 years.  Dedy is married to Joan. He enjoys playing basketball and football. He has been a member of First Baptist Church for 8 years and says that what attracted him to the church was the kindness of the pastor.

Carol was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. She moved to Honolulu in 1985 where she met Duane White. They were married in 1996. [MORE ABOUT CAROL]
