Yet Satan has succeeded in confusing the minds of millions so that they stumble over this simple gospel truth. They do not realize that eternal life is a gift that can only be received by faith. In God’s eyes your own righteousness is utterly without value for obtaining eternal salvation. O sinner put your trust in Christ and His grace alone. We are saved by Christ’s dying, not by our doing!
