The Hawaii Association of American Baptists consists of three congregations; First Baptist Church of Honolulu,New Life Baptist Church and Trinity Missionary Baptist Church. This is a time of worship, fellowship, challenge and inspiration. The event will be held at the Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, 3950 Paine Circle, Honolulu (near the airport).
Key-note speaker will be Waxer Tipton. A highlight of the worship service each year is the musical numbers presented by a choir consisting of members of each congregation. Additionally each participating congregation will provide musical selections.
A Workshop/Seminar will follow. The presenter will be Dr. George Rhoades. The title of his workshop is Recovering from a Crisis. The event will conclude with a potluck dinner. Reservations for the dinner will be helpful in preparing and can be made by calling First Baptist Church of Honolulu, 521-4708.
