This type of judging often results in harsh and erroneous conclusions. The Pharisees, by failing to appreciate Jesus’ good deed in healing a man on the Sabbath, made a similar mistake. They charged that His miraculous power had come from the devil. Remember, it’s a sin to misjudge anyone – especially since we can’t read the heart but can only go by outward appearances.
