“…those members of the body which seem to be more feeble are necessary.” I Corinthians 12:22. Today’s Scripture encourages believers to serve faithfully wherever God places them. Whether their responsibility is large or small, whether they fill a place of prominence or obscurity, they are all dependent upon one another.  Even the smallest task is important to the proper functioning of the whole church. The Lord knows our hearts and will not judge us primarily on the basis of our opportunities and talents, but according to our faithfulness in performing the tasks He assigns us.  Every task is essential.  And faithfulness in fulfilling it is what God requires.  The world rewards success; God rewards faithfulness.
