“Let us therefore, come boldly to the throne of grace.” Hebrews 4:16. Just as the high priest of Israel entered to holy place on behalf of the people, so our Great High Priest, Jesus, appears in the presence of God for us. Because Christ is our representative, we are encouraged to “come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” Jesus came into the world to talk to men for God; He is now in heaven talking to God for men.
