“Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” Ephesians 6:11.  The devil is a master of deception who takes great delight in laying snares for unwary victims. He dresses up his traps of temptation with half-truths and the veneer of beauty to camouflage the evil nature of his enticements.  Unless the Christian is continually empowered by the Holy Spirit and shielded by the full armor of God, he will be unable to stand against Satan’s subtle wiles. Be on guard lest you fall for the crafty tricks of the devil.  You cannot afford to be ignorant of his devices.  So read the Bible faithfully and fall before the Lord often in prayer.
