Philippians 2:12-15. There are certain “workouts” recommended by the American Heart Association for a healthy heart. The apostle Paul gives us five exercises that will insure a spiritually and emotionally happy heart. In the previous sermon Pastor Barry shared the first two: One; remember that God is with me, in me, and for me. Two; be grateful and never grumble. In this sermon Pastor Barry shares the other three: Three; keep your conscience clear. Four; Memorize God’s Word and live it, and five; Serve God by serving others.

Philippians is the most joyful book in the Bible. it is literally full of joy. The words joy, glad, enjoy, rejoice, happy & happiness are used in various forms seventeen times, and there are only four chapters!  It’s the happiest book in the Bible. What’s amazing about the happiest book of the Bible is that it was written by Paul while he was in prison in Rome which goes to show you can experience JOY NO MATTER WHAT!
