1Yr_Home_Pastor“Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” Galatians 6:2.  The old familiar expression “talk is cheap” is especially true when applied to the life of the Christian.  As we think of the tremendous sacrifice God made in sending His Son to die so that we might have eternal life, we begin to realize the enormous debt of gratitude we owe Him.  While we certainly should express thanks to the Lord with our lips for all of His marvelous love and grace, we must never stop there.  Our words should be accompanied by deeds of kindness and Christian compassion. The Bible teaches that when others see our good works, they will glorify our Father who is in Heaven (Matthew 5:16).  Good works is love for Christ made visible.
