Dinner and Bible Study. A time of good food and fellowship is offered in this mid-week “pick-me-up”. Dinner is served from 5:30pm – 6:00pm. There is no charge, however donations of any size are welcome to help cover the cost of the food. At 6:15 Pastor Barry leads a time of worship and prayer before delving into God’s Word. Beginning August 14th he will be leading an in-depth study of Psalm 119.
Has God ever seemed far away? Most of us would have to answer yes to that question. Even the most mature believers walk through valleys. Psalm 119 will introduce us to the words of King David who experienced similar seasons of life. This chapter, the longest in the Bible, will serve as an anchor for this study, and demonstrate the power of God’s Word to provide a warm blanket for the soul.
Prayer Meeting. This is an opportunity for prayer from 6:00 – 7:00. The prayer meeting takes place in the sanctuary and is led by Jose Exavier.
The Bible “Crystal Clear” taught by Crystal Lancaster Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall. There is a vast difference between knowing about God and knowing God. Learn God’s Word in a way that is both informative and fun but most importantly in a way you will easily understand. When you get to know God’s Word better, you get to know God better!
